ExposeThis staff must apologize for last Sunday... We were not able to make the entire usual update, due to internet difficulties. This is why we need a moderator ASAP. We are taking applications, so please note us with:

- A reason you would be a good moderator for ExposeThis
- Any moderation experience, with references (yes, we will check these)

To join ExposeThis, you only need to do a few things:

1. Watch us, or click here.
2. Add a link to ExposeThis on your signature. This is important for you as well, as the more members we have, the more people will see submissions.
3. Pat yourself on the back, your a member!


__SUBMIT WORK__

ExposeThis has developed a very original and different method than other DeviantGroups, which we think will accomplish our goal more efficiently. Making a submission is simple:

1. Send a note with the subject "Submission" and a link to your submission.
2. Cross your fingers and wait for your work.

However, there are some rules you must follow while submitting:

1. You cannot submit if you have more than 15,000 page-views, sorry, your already popular enough.
2. You must be living independent of your family. (living is tough as a designer)


__SUBMITTING PROCESS__

There are some rules that apply here however, which is what makes ExposeThis stand out. Here they are, in fancy numbered list form:

1. Submissions will be judged by ExposeThis staff for quality.
2. Wait until Sunday.
3. Watch the exposure flow in, and congratulate yourself.


__ALTERNATE PROGRAMS__

This is for those who do not meet the criteria above. We can't ditch you entirely. Absolutely anyone is welcome for this opportunity, youngsters are recommended. These submissions will be added to our favorites. Directions follow:

1. Send a note with the subject "Submission: Favorite" and a link to your submission.
2. Enjoy, there are no guidelines. We will favorite your work when we have time.

__DISCLAIMER & INFORMATION__

ExposeThis will base it's design-acceptance off 2 variables: Talent and Designer Popularity. It retains tight regulation with the level of talent of the work, and tight regulation of how well-known the designer is. Talent is judged based off the administrator's and moderator's pure opinion. This might not be ideal, but it is easiest and most possible to accomplish. Any designer who submits a work and has over 15,000 page-views will be automatically rejected.
